Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This position will require 1-2 days onsite.

Shift: 8:30AM EST/CST - 5:30PM EST/CST

The CarelonRx 340B Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting 340B sales to increase sales volume within assigned health systems.

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Makes and receives cold calls to assigned call lists for 340B client prospecting.
  • Documents outreach results and incoming calls within the customer relationship management (i.e., CRM) and maintains all relevant records.
  • Assists with researching and finding current and up to date contacts at hospitals and health systems that impact 340B programs.
  • Participates in and facilitates outreach campaigns to obtain new data as well as customer or client satisfaction surveys.
  • Assists and leads various projects assigned to the 340B support team and/or leaders within the organization.
  • Schedules meetings with key 340B staff and key hospital/health system staff for the discussion of potential contract(s).
  • Answers incoming phone calls for sales staff and routes as appropriate

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years administrative experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

A minimum of 2 years specialty pharmacy and/or a minimum of 2 years of sales/sales prospecting experience preferred.
